HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR JOURNEY
An invitation to make a difference
2006
The Norwegian Minister of Environment and Development, Erik Solheim visits Brazil in 2006. The purpose is to promote social dialogue between Norway and Brazil, involving the governments, private sectors and unions from both countries.
This challenge defines the vision for Dream Learn Work: support young Brazilians and develop skilled labour for the offshore and maritime industries.
2007
Dream Learn Work takes up the challenge and, with a donation from the Norwegian Government, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and support from the Norwegian companies sponsor the building of a new classroom for young people and their families in the neighborhood of Guadalupe, Rio de Janeiro.
Working with Bola Pra Frente we start to offer
education, sports, arts and other activities.
