Congratulations to our participant Paula Nogueria for concluding her culinary course at Gastromotiva!
She has for 6 months learned about sustainable cooking and how to reduce food waste.
Gastromotiva gives vocational kitchen training, food entrepreneur classes, nutrition and sustainable food education, food waste programs and also works as a connection to the culinary industry. Paula has already done an internship through them and is now in the process of entering the labour market.
