Yoga and meditation for dlw-participants

Dream Learn Work, together with Sports Unite Nationalities (SUN) and Luciana Camargo from Samatua Yoga held an event for our participants where yoga and active meditation were the tools to get in contact with mind and body.

Most of our participants had never done yoga or meditation and knew very little about it. We had a great session led by Luciana, all of the students loved it and said that they would most certainly take what they learnt back to their communities and practice at home.

To be able to achieve their dreams our participants need to have balance in life, practicing yoga and meditation to enhance mind-body balance can have a positive impact on their day-to-day lives. Namaste.
